NOTICE
REGARDING OFFLINE CLASSES (3RD Semester UG & PG)
As
per the Orders of the Education Secretary, Chandigarh Administration vide Memo
No. DHE-UT-C2-12( ) 2021/2271, dated-04-08-2021, the college will reopen for
students for regular teaching in offline mode in a phased manner.
In
the first phase, classes of 3rd Semester of UG and PG Courses will
commence for regular teaching in offline mode w.e.f. 16-08-2021. The teaching
of 5th Semester UG classes will be online in the first phase. The
campus has been sanitized and all the SOPs recommended by the GoI and
Chandigarh Administration are being followed to ensure maximum safety in view
of the ongoing pandemic conditions of COVID 19.
The students of 3rd Semester
UG and PG courses are advised to attend offline classes as per the timetable
w.e.f. 16-08-2021, subject to below listed instructions/conditions:
Instructions
to be followed strictly:
1. Only
those students (18+ Age) who have received atleast one dose of COVID
Vaccination, minimum two weeks ago shall be allowed to attend the institution.
2. Students
should submit the Self Declaration cum
Consent Form duly signed by the
student and parents (performa available at http://gcg11.ac.in/downloads.aspx )
along with proof of vaccination.
3. Students
to carry copy of the Self Declaration cum Consent Form at all times and produce
the same when asked for while in college campus.
4. In
case of any pre-condition like cold, cough and fever students will not be
allowed to enter college premises.
5. Students
must carry their Fee Slip of 3rd Semester.
6. It
is advised that students carry their own water bottles, sanitizers, soap
strips, etc. to college.
7. It
is mandatory to observe COVID appropriate behaviour norms in college campus at
all times.

Wearing masks properly at all times
(covering nose and mouth completely).
·
Maintaining social distancing in the
classes, corridors, grounds, library, labs, washrooms and elsewhere in the
entire campus.

Washing of hands and practising Hygiene
and sanitation.
8. Spitting
in the college premises is strictly prohibited and will be a punishable
offence.
9. Littering
in college premises is strictly prohibited. The students would dispose-off facemasks/gloves
in dustbins specifically provided for such items.
10. The
college reserves the right to disallow any student from attending college
in-case: -

She is found to be having some
precondition (cold, cough and fever) or
·
She is found to be violating any
SOPs/guidelines issued by GoI, Chandigarh Administration and college
authorities regarding COVID-19 Pandemic.
NOTE:
Students should adhere strictly to the SOPs/Guidelines issued by the GoI,
Chandigarh Administration and college authorities from time to time.
