Online Classesfor 1^st Semester UG and PG Classes

It is for the information of UG/PG -1^st semester admitted students that due to covid-19 Pandemic the classes will be online till further notice. The Classes will be held through G-Suite (Google Classroom and Google Meet) by the subject teachers. To join the Google classroom you are to login through unique Google Suit Username and Password created provided to you by the college.

The following is your username and password for the G-Suit:

To know your username and password follow the below listed steps:

Step-1: Username and Password:

Username : (Roll No.)(First Name)@gcg11.ac.in

Password: gcg11(Roll No.)

 Note: No space in roll number and first name. First name will be in small letters

Example: Name: Ashita Thakur,  Roll No. 214/20

Then the username will be:   214ashita@gcg11.ac.in

And Password will be:              gcg11214

Step-2: Download Google Classroom and Google Meet and login to the Google classroom account with the college provided username and password.

Step-3: To join the classroom of your subject teacher, unique Google Classroom code will be given to you by each subject /section teacher which will be available at the college website.

Note: The list of Google Classroom codes for UG & PG 1^st Year students will also be available at the college website  http://gcg11.ac.in/downloads.aspx . Students are advised to keep visiting the college website regularly for further information.

UG 2^nd & 3^rd Year and PG 2^nd Year: The Google Suite usernames and passwords will remain same as given last year for UG 2^nd and 3^rd Year and for PG 2^nd Year. There is no change. In case of new admissions contact your subject teachers.
