Hostel Fee Deposit Notice for UG 2nd Semester 2021-22
The students who have taken admission in 2nd
Semester UG courses and have applied for Hostel Accommodation in their
Application Form at the time of admission are required to deposit Hostel Fees
by 28th February 2022 online through the website http://dhe.chd.gov.in/Version2/epayment/paynow.aspx
as per the merit list circulated.
The hostel
accommodation will be provided subject to productions of below listed documents
at the time of joining the hostel:
1. The hostel resident
students will have to produce COVID Negative Test Report (RTPCR) at the time of
joining hostel accommodation which shouldn’t be more than 72 hours prior to
joining the hostel.
2. Only those students who
have received atleast one dose of COVID Vaccination shall be allowed to attend
the institution.
3. Students are required
to submit the Self Declaration cum
Consent Form duly signed by the
student and parents (performa available at http://gcg11.ac.in/downloads.aspx)
4. Students are required
to produce Fee Receipts as a proof of College Fee and Hostel Fee paid.
Instructions for
Hostel Resident Students:
1.
Parents and students must follow Covid Appropriate Behaviour at the time
of joining hostels.
2.
Symptomatic students shall not be permitted to stay in the hostels under
any circumstances. They will be referred to the nearest COVID treatment
facility for clinical assessment and treatment. The parents/local-guardian have
to make alternate arrangements for medical care of such students immediately.
3.
There should be no crowding in hostel areas where students live in close
proximity and share common facilities and utilities like common room, library,
computer room, dining halls, grounds/parks.
4.
Thermal Screening of all resident students shall be ensured.
5.
It is mandatory to maintain physical/social distancing in dining halls,
common rooms, playing areas, and it should be ensured by the students at all
times.
6.
Meals shall be served in small batches to avoid over-crowding. So
students would visit the dining halls as per allotted time slot only.
7.
Wearing of face covers/masks and proper sanitization of hands is
strictly to be ensured by the resident students at all times.
8.
No visitor shall be allowed to visit the resident students, except in
case of medical emergency
9.
It is advised that students must carry their own water bottles,
sanitizers, soap strips, etc. to college.
10.
It is mandatory to observe COVID
appropriate behaviour norms in college campus/Hostel at all times.

Wearing masks properly at all times (covering nose and mouth
completely).

Maintaining social distancing in the Hostels, classes, corridors,
grounds, library, labs, washrooms and elsewhere in the entire campus.
·
Washing of hands and practising Hygiene and sanitation.
11.
Spitting in the college premises is strictly prohibited and will be a
punishable offence.
12.
Littering in college premises is strictly prohibited. The students would
dispose-off facemasks/gloves in dustbins specifically provided for such items.
13.
The college reserves the right to disallow any student from attending
college/hostel in-case: -

She is found to be having some precondition (cold, cough and fever) or
·
She is found to be violating any SOPs/guidelines issued by MoE,
Chandigarh Administration and college authorities regarding COVID-19
Pandemic.
NOTE: Students should adhere
strictly to the SOPs/Guidelines issued by the GoI, Chandigarh Administration
and college authorities from time to time.
