Green House
College has a green house which is designed for the protection of tender or out-of-season plants against excessive cold or heat. With the help of the green house this college has successfully preserved many plants.
Aquarium
The studies show that aquarium watching can be therapeutic as it lowers blood pressure, reduces stress and has a calming effect on people. To maintain a balance of flora and fauna in the organisation our college has an aquarium which adds to the naturally existing fauna in the campus.
Fauna Diversity
Birds play an essential role in the functioning of the world’s eco-system causing a direct impact on human health, economy and food production. They occupy many levels of trophic webs, from mid-level consumers to top predators. Birds help to maintain sustainable population levels of their prey and predator species, and after death, provide food for scavengers and decomposers. Many birds are important in plant reproduction through their services as pollinators or seed dispersers. The college campus has many bird species enriching the faunal population of the region. Few among them are Common Myna, Red Wattled Lapwing, Kingfisher, Crow, Pigeon, Babbler, Parrot, Woodpecker, Hornbill, Asian Koel, Sunbird, Peafowl, Owl, Eagle etc.
Many insect species belonging to different orders viz., Lepidoptera, Coleoptera, Hymenoptera, Diptera, Hemiptera, Orthoptera, Odonata, also add to the faunal bio-diversity of the college campus.
