The Department of Computer Application, under the able guidance of Principal Madam Prof (Dr) Anita Kaushal organized a PowerPoint presentation competition-“Pitch An Idea” centered around the theme of “Entrepreneurship and Innovation” on 29-08-2024. The event aimed to foster creativity and practical business thinking among students, encouraging them to develop and present innovative business proposals. The event was judged by Dr. Meenu Verma, Head of the Department of Computer Applications, Ms.Ritika Singh and Ms. Ritu Singh Kalsi. The expertise and insights of the judges were instrumental in evaluating the presentations based on their feasibility and scope. A total of seven teams participated in the competition, each presenting their unique business ideas and proposals. The teams were judged based on the feasibility, scope, potential impact of the innovation, creativity and originality of the idea. After careful consideration and evaluation, certificates were awarded to the top three teams based on their performance and adherence to the judging criteria.
