PGGCG-11 organized an Interactive Session on Women’s Hygiene and Health

Community Hygiene and Public Health Society, PGGCG–11, organized an interactive session on Women’s Hygiene and Health on 30.10.25. The session was conducted by Ms. Tanisha Jain, (Training Partner, Right Side Story), a Counselling Psychologist, who interacted with students on the importance of menstrual hygiene, self-care, and mental wellbeing. As part of the initiative, 3,000 Whisper sanitary pads were freely distributed among the students to promote menstrual hygiene awareness and ensure accessibility of essential products.

Principal, Prof. (Dr.) Rama Arora appreciated and welcomed this thoughtful initiative, emphasizing the importance of such awareness programs in empowering young women and fostering a healthy, informed campus environment.
