Post Graduate Government College for Girls, Sector-11, Chandigarh, organised a Blood Donation Camp in collaboration with PGIMER, Chandigarh, through the Blood Donation Society and NSS Units of the college.
The camp was inaugurated by Dr. Palika Arora, PCS, Director Higher Education, Chandigarh Administration, who appreciated the students’ spirit of service and encouraged them to continue contributing towards community welfare and humanitarian causes.
The initiative was held under the leadership of Principal, Prof. (Dr.) Anita Kaushal, whose guidance and encouragement contributed to the successful organisation of the camp.
70 units of blood were donated to PGIMER, making the initiative a meaningful contribution towards saving lives.
