On March 2, 2023, an inter-college Psychology Fest named “ZEITGEIST 23” was held in Post Graduate Government College for Girls, Sector -11 Chandigarh.More than 150 participants from eight prestigious colleges in the city competed in various categories. The event was attended by more than 350 students. Principal Madam Prof (Dr) Anita Kaushal, lit the lamp to start the festivities. Past and present faculty members of the college were also present on the occasion.
This year’s Zeitgeist theme focused on “Environmental Psychology,” and the college hosted a total of 12 events, including Face Painting, Poster Making, Photography, Collage Making, Poetry, Psychology Memes, Quiz, Charismatic Personality, Debate, Paper Presentation, Exhibition of working models, and Psycho-drama. The students participated with great zeal and enthusiasm, with the participants of “Psychodrama” setting the stage by presenting their acts and winning the hearts of everyone present.
Soulful dance and mesmerizing singing performances were also given by the students of PGGCG-11, which delighted the crowd and garnered cheers of appreciation. The overall trophy of ZEITGEIST 2023 was won by Post Graduate Government College, Sector 11, Chandigarh, making the event a perfectly organized and managed success. The event concluded with smiles, wishes, and the hope of meeting again next year!
