Parents – Teacher Meeting 2024

A Parents -Teacher meet will be held on Saturday 26th October, 2024   from 12.20 onwards.

          All those students having shortage of lectures should come with their parents in the concerned department and meet the concerned subject teacher.

          Parents of students who are not having any lecture shortage but wish to meet the teachers to evaluate the academic progress of their ward can also avail this opportunity.

Applications are invited for “Post Matric Scholarship to SC/ OBC/ EBC/ DNT/ Transgender Students of UT Chandigarh” for the year 2024-25. The students who are eligible can apply online (Registration to be done before applying for Fresh application) on the website of National Scholarship portal (NSP) of Govt. of India under URL http://www.scholarships.gov.in.  All renewal applicants/students who have got scholarship during 2023-24, shall apply by giving their existing Application ID.

It is mandatory to upload all necessary documents during submission of online application form. After applying at the above stated National Scholarship portal, a copy of the application form along with all the supported scanned documents (below mentioned) is also required to be submitted in the college office.

Last Date to apply: 31.10.2024

Eligibility conditions:

  • Only those candidates who belong to SC/ OBC/ EBC/ DNT/ Transgender so specified in relation to the State/UT to which the applicant actually belongs / domiciled as determined by the State/UT and who have passed the Matriculation or Higher Secondary or any Higher examination of a recognized University or Board of Secondary Education will be eligible.
  • Read Guidelines and FAQ carefully before applying.
  • Income from all sources should not exceed Rs. 2,50,000/- per annum.
  • Applicant should not be in receipt of other scholarship including State run scholarship schemes/Fee waiver and reimbursement of any kind.

Orientation Program (2024-25) for new students

As the new academic session 2024-25 has begun an orientation program for BA/B.Sc/B. Com/BCA first year students will be held on 24.07.2024 at 11.00am in the college auditorium . Undergraduate students of all the streams are required to attend and be seated by 10.30 am.
